Join us every Friday night from 6:00-7:00 pm for this cardio, skilled training fitness class. Don’t worry! No previous experience in MMA or boxing is needed to participate. In fact, most current clients had never thrown a punch prior to taking the class. In kickboxing, you can expect to learn proper fighting stance, correct punching and kicking form, as well as basic punching combinations. “My name is Matthew Meyer. After being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, health and fitness became a large part of my life. I began kickboxing and jiu jitsu in 2010. I had a short amateur mma/kickboxing run, and now compete in jiu jitsu. I enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from others. My goal is help everyone achieve their personal fitness goals while having fun at the same time.”
