The pricing for our live (in-person) personal training plans are transparent and flexible for the individual needs of each client. We ask all clients to pay for training sessions one month in advance with a minimum 3 month commitment.
1:1 Personal Training
All 1:1 personal training plans include:
- Customized exercise and training plans just for you
- Nutritional healing consulting to maximize your workouts
- Regular communication from your trainer by text or phone

45 Minute Sessions
What’s included in a 45 minute session:
- Warm Up: Up to 5 minutes
- Strength Training/HIIT: 30 minutes
- Cool-down, stretch, and massage: 10-15 minutes
