The pricing for our live (in-person) personal training plans are transparent and flexible for the individual needs of each client. We ask all clients to pay for training sessions at least three months in advance. The more you train, the bigger discount you receive per session.

All 1:1 personal training plans include:

60 Minute Sessions
What’s included in a 60 minute session:
- Warm Up: 10 minutes
- Strength Training/HIIT: 30 minutes
- Core focus: 5-10 minutes
- Cool-down, stretch, and massage: 10-15 minutes
- Nutritional consult and Q&A: 5-10 minutes (weekly, virtual check ins outside training appointment)
