After many requests from clients, we are pleased to welcome Donala Arnold to the Never Settle Fitness Team! Donala specializes in Sports Rehabilitation and Deep Tissue massages making her a perfect fit for our training studio. Deep tissue massages focus on the deepest layer of muscle tissue and are beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. This release is a key component in maximizing your efforts in the gym by pinpointing problem areas and improving your range of motion over time.
Any time you work out, you are making microscopic tears in the muscle. When stretching, foam rolling, and deep tissue massages are neglected from your program design, tension and knots can build up from the stress formed in the muscle. Ultimately, this will limit your training potential and quality of life. When you are intentional about your training, you need to be just as intentional about your recovery.
As a former athlete and graduate of Marian University, Donala understands firsthand the importance of recovery for our Indianapolis clients. Your aches, pains, and soreness from living an active lifestyle don’t have to limit you any longer. If you’re looking for relief and restoration, Donala is here to help.
During your massage, you can expect to receive the same excellent customer service you expect from Never Settle Fitness. The massage room is designed with your relaxation in mind. It is completely private with dimmed lighting and the relaxing aroma of top of the line essential oils for you to enjoy. Your massage therapist will welcome you and offer complimentary, cold water. Massages here at Never Settle Fitness are high quality, yet affordable. Prices are $1 per minute with a 30 minute minimum. For example, a 60 minute massage is $60. Interested in learning more?
Here is what our massage therapist, Donala, has to say,
My name is Donala Arnold, and I am the new certified Massage Therapist for Never Settle Fitness. I am a graduate from Marian University here in Indianapolis. There, I received my Bachelors of Science degree. I studied subjects such as physiology, nutrition, kinesiology, athletic training, and several more. All of these subjects gave me a solid foundation before enrolling and becoming certified at Indiana Therapeutic Massage School which I finished Fall of 2016. Massage has always been an interest of mine and it’s been something that’s opened my eyes to a world of health for the individual. We are all different and have different needs. God has blessed me with a gift of emotional and physical healing through touch. Being a former athlete for 12+ years, I am more than understanding of the physical and emotional tolls our bodies endure. I hope that you allow me to share my gift with you!
