New Team Training Class: Stretching and Mobility

Never Settle Fitness now offers a team training class dedicated to Stretching and Mobility. The class meets every Monday from 6:30PM – 7:30PM at 8345 Clearvista Pl #500, Indianapolis, IN 46256.

Joey Leveille is the instructor. He has a passion for teaching clients how to move better and become more mindful of their their own body. Joey has a degree from Indiana University with personal training certifications from ISSA and ACE. He is also CPR certified. Outside of training Joey enjoys parkour, yoga, and gymnastics.

The purpose of the Stretching and Mobility team training class at Never Settle Fitness is to stretch your muscles and strengthen them in new ranges of motion. It’s not a high-intensity cardio-focused class like our Bootcamp. But don’t worry, you are going to sweat! 

Using the floor, the wall, and sometimes light weights, we will move your spine in every direction! These mobility exercises can help you prevent injury, increase your balance, and give you a new feeling of awareness in your body.  You may be used to working hard, but the purpose of this class is to make you move BETTER. 

Now you can join two team training classes every week for less than $10 per class. Our high-intensity fitness bootcamp will still meet every Wednesday from 6:30PM – 7:30PM. Learn more about our Team Training classes by clicking the button below.
